Who we are

This website is operated by BNR Infra Developers (“we”, “us”), the data fiduciary for the personal data collected here. BNR Infra Developers, authorized marketing partner, Telangana.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, or sign up for email updates, we collect only the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, and the requirement you describe. If you tap a WhatsApp or call button, we record that tap so we know how you reached us. We also record basic usage signals (pages visited, referring page) to understand how the site is used.

Consent & opting out

We contact you on WhatsApp, phone, or email only about your enquiry and related property updates, and only after you tick the consent box on a form. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to our grievance contact. Once you opt out, we stop contacting you.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to serve your enquiry and to meet our legal obligations, and are deleted after that.

Sharing & processing

We do not sell your personal data. This website is built and operated on the Aurea platform, which stores and processes form submissions on our behalf as a data processor. Your data goes to no other third party unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

• Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been processed.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, or have data erased once it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Raise a grievance with us first; if it is not resolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
